Ingredients
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Green Chilli - 5 nos
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Chana Dal - 1/2 tbsp
- Urad Dal - 1/2 tbsp
- Shallots - 4 nos
- Hing - a pinch
- Tamarind - 1 piece
- Salt
- Oil
To Grind
Steps :
- Heat the pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil.
- Add coriander seeds,chana dal,urad dal,shallots,green chillies and fry for few seconds.
- Add 1 cup of coconut,and hing fry for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the stove and tamarind,and salt.
- Grind it to a fine paste .
- Server hot with some rice.
