Poha Ladoo / Aval Laddu Recipe

Ingredients:
- Poha / Aval - 1 cup
- Cashew Nuts - 7 nos (chopped)
- Coconut - 4 tbsp (Grated)
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Cardamon - 3 nos
- Soak the poha for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee roast the cashew nuts and keep it aside.
- Add grated coconut fry for few seconds.(i forgot to add coconut in the image)
- Add the sugar and fry for 2-3 minutes,once the sugar has melted add the Poha,cashew nuts,and cardamon fry for few minutes and then make a ladoos.
