Poha Ladoo / Aval Laddu Recipe


Aval Laddu

  Cook Time : 20 Minutes
  Total Time : 40 Minutes
  Cuisine : South Indian


 





    Ingredients:

  1. Poha / Aval - 1 cup
  2. Cashew Nuts - 7 nos (chopped)
  3. Coconut - 4 tbsp (Grated)
  4. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  5. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  6. Cardamon - 3 nos                                                                                                                              
  Steps:

  1. Soak the poha for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee roast the cashew nuts and keep it aside.
  3. Add grated coconut fry for few seconds.(i forgot to add coconut in the image)
  4. Add the sugar and fry for 2-3 minutes,once the sugar has melted add the Poha,cashew nuts,and cardamon fry for few minutes and then make a ladoos.
