Sweet Urad dal Vada / Ulunthu Vada Recipe

- Urad dal -1 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Water
- Oil for deep fry

- Sugar - 1/4 cup
Steps :
- Soak the Urad dal for 1 hour.
- Strain the water and transfer the dal to a mixer jar and add little sugar at a time and grind it to a smooth and thick batter.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan in medium flame. wet your palms and take a lemon size batter, press it gently and make thick round shape vada.
- Then slowly slide vada in it.
- Flip and deep fry both the sides until they turn light golden brown.
- Now sweet vada is ready to serve.
