Ingredients :
- Urad dal - 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Red chillies -3 nos
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Onion - 2 nos
- Garlic - 4 nos
- Ginger
- Salt
- Oil
Ingredients To Grind
For Tempering :
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tbsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
- Chana dal - 1/4 tbsp
- Curry leaves
Steps:
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add garlic, 2 green chillies,then 1 tbsp of urad dal,1/2 tbsp of coriander seeds, fry for 5 seconds.
- Then add chopped onion and fry till slight brown.
- Then add Tomato and ginger,and some salt fry for 5 minutes turn off the stove and let it cool.
- Grind it to a fine paste(do not add water).
- Now in the same pan, add 2 tbsp of oil, add 1/4 tbsp of Mustard seeds,!/2 tbsp urad dal,1/4 tbsp chana dal, few curry leaves.
- Turn off the flame and this to the grounded chutney.
